First day of my Christmas break, still feeling tired from the exams and work, but the first step has been made! Active recovery is what I need 🙏🏼💪🏼

Whoop whoop! Happy 55th birthday to me ! Celebration lunch run made my total kms with up to 5000km! Level: Black! Keep running, keep going!

Happy with this early morning run! It gave the pretty views to my soul and some good energy to the muscles !

Happy with this jog , after I finished the exam week ! The muscles enjoyed the week of test so they didn’t hurt, but condition went down, I just couldn’t breathe. So I did a bunch of intervals . But I’ll be back !!

Dear friends, Bodytec Buddy is opening small Pilates and Yoga classes in the home environment in Nootdorp. Trams 15 and 19 are stopping near by. If you are interested, you can make an appointment by contacting Natasa personally. Prior reservations are required. Both indoor classes as well as online classes over Zoom on Tuesday and Wednesday every week will be offered from May on.
