Hojo Undo Traditionele Krachttraining - KenKon Hojo Undo is een traditionele krachttraining die gangbaar is in de meeste Okinawaanse karate-stijlen, en zeker in het Okinawa goju-ryu karate. In de tijd van haar grondlegger vulde het een belangrijk deel van de trainingstijd. Interessant hierbij is met name de verregaande integratie tussen de hojo....

Last but not least, Sensei Sydney Leijenhorst.

Sensei Leijenhorst is the Chief Instructor for the Netherlands and also serves on the IOGKF International Technical Committee (Gijutsu Iinkai).

He is internationally recognized for his expertise in Okinawan Goju-Ryu karate and his holistic approach to physical and mental development. His work is characterized by a focus on “embodiment”—integrating physical training with mental awareness.

We are pleased to welcome him to the Gasshuku here in the Netherlands this July.

🍽️ ProefDiner @ Hotel WICC Wageningen 😋

Na een intensieve en inspirerende centrale training sluiten we samen af met een sfeervol diner bij Hotel WICC in Wageningen.

Dit is hét moment om na te praten, ervaringen te delen en de teamspirit verder te versterken. Bovendien is dit diner niet alleen een mooie afsluiting, maar ook een belangrijke test richting de Gasshuku 💪🥋

Goed gezelschap, lekker eten en een ontspannen setting waarin we samen vooruitkijken naar wat komen gaat.
