New workout. Tube workout:Punch:left,right,squat- bounce and again punch left, right. Do this for 60 sec.than rest for 15 sec. Don't forget "punch fast, it's a workout out!! .

Vandaag mooie dag voor workout met een tube(of elastiek)Tube gaat achterlangs onder de oksel door. Maak snelle bewegingen. Punch naar voren. Links, rechts, squat(dekking) en punch again. Houdt dit 1vol. Goed voor de armen en buikspieren Geniet van het weer op deze Hemalevaart ☀. Tot de volgende. Stay strong. 💪😎

Power workout: Squat workout, (hold dumbell in front of you). One arm shoulder press(change arm after first set, of course😉) Set 10-12 rep, 3 rounds. STAY STRONG 💪
