We are taking yoga outside the studio.

On Saturday 13 June we are joining the Catharijne & Co Festival at Museum Catharijneconvent in Utrecht. A full day of community, art and connection. And we are part of it!

We will be hosting a movement workshop. No experience needed. No special clothing. This session supports you in shifting your attention out of your head and back into your body, in a way that feels natural and doable. Come as you are. Stay in your shoes.

We are on at 11:15, 12:15 and 13:15.

Meet Naomi, one of our massage therapists at Studio Fly.

Her background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu and acupressure gives her treatments a depth that goes beyond a regular massage. She works with the energy of the person in front of her, using specific pressure points to bring the body back into balance.

Try Hot Yoga for a better sleep.

A 2025 study published in Sleep and Biological Rhythms compared 30 studies across more than 2,500 people and found that high-intensity yoga was the most effective form of exercise for improving sleep quality. Better than running, resistance training and aerobic exercise.
