Iron House is more than a gym. It is a second home to our dedicated community to lifters and athletes. It is the place where we train, learn and grow together.

We started Iron House Co. because we were unsatisfied with the commercial gym options that has saturated the Dutch fitness market. Though we believe there is nothing wrong with the commercial gym format, they do not provide the equipment and environment for intense fitness. We also missed the sense of community and group support that we believe belong in a gym. So, we decided to fix this problem. We knew we wanted to be in a gym that was more than just a space filled with weights and machines, but also a place where you share in the experiences of others and grow together. So we set out to create this ultimate intense fitness facility and brotherhood, a hardcore gym, and share it with the world. We aim to become a gym that you will call your home. Iron House Co. provides the best possible atmosphere and community to accomplish your fitness goals. We are more than a gym. We are a family. We lift hard and grow together.

We’re launching the Iron Council, and we’re looking for members to join.

Iron House is built by and for our members. The Iron Council is our way of hearing your voice directly. It’s made up of 4 members, one from each category of athletes at Iron House. 2 to 3 times a year we sit down together to hear what’s going on in the gym and what we can do better.

No survey that ends up in a drawer. Real conversations with people who train here every week.

NEW: Iron House Run Crew 🏃‍♂️

We’re teaming up with Tom van Venrooij (Grow Beyond Coaching) to start a monthly run crew, right here at Iron House.

Tom started running in 2011, taught himself the rest through years of trial, error and 15+ ultra marathons across the Swiss and Austrian mountains. He’s now a certified run coach (UESCA, 80/20 Endurance, KNAU) and has been training at Iron House for 5 years.

Now he’s bringing that knowledge to the group, live.
