🌬️ Breathing practices
🧠 Focus & awareness
💛 Confidence & emotional wellbeing

🌈 OUR APPROACH

Yoga is not a competition and children don’t need to perform or prove what they can do.

At Little Yogis, children are encouraged to:

✨ Listen to their bodies
✨ Explore at their own pace
✨ Try, rest and modify
✨ Respect that every body is different
✨ Discover their own strengths
✨ Enjoy the journey

No “perfect pose”.
No comparing.
No pressure.

Little Yogis Program

Yoga is not about proving yourself to the world.
It is about connecting with yourself. 💛

From struggle to stability.
From fear to trust.
From falling to flying.

Every failed attempt taught me something. Every wobble built strength. Every breath brought me closer.

This headstand isn’t just about balance—it’s about patience, persistence, and believing in the process. Progress doesn’t happen overnight, but every small step matters.

Keep showing up. One day, you’ll surprise yourself. 🤍✨

I almost let my tiredness win tonight…🌒

But instead of going straight home, I paused. I looked around.
And then… there appeared something amazing. 💫

First I thought I was hallucinating imagining light spots in the jungle. Then I realized these are cute little fireflies 🐝✨

What started as an evening of overwhelming fatigue turned into one of the most magical moments. Tiny lights dancing in the darkness, reminding me that beauty often finds us when we least expect it. 🍀

A gentle reminder that sometimes all we need is to slow down and look around.

🪐The universe has a beautiful way of turning exhaustion into gratitude, darkness into light, and ordinary moments into unforgettable memories.

Tonight, my soul feels lighter. 🍃

Creating beautiful moments. Finding light. Choosing gratitude. 💝

Happy to share this experience with you .p
Thank you for the light we share today 🥰

🪷 Hatha Yoga is more than a physical practice for me—it is a way of returning home to myself.

🤍 I love Hatha Yoga because it teaches me to slow down, breathe with awareness, and move with intention rather than urgency. Every posture becomes an opportunity to listen to my body, calm my mind, and cultivate inner stillness.

🤸🏻‍♀️ It isn’t about achieving the most advanced pose. It’s about building a strong foundation, balancing strength with ease, and discovering peace in the present moment.

🍀 With every practice, I feel more grounded, more grateful, and more connected to myself.

✌️If you’ve been thinking about starting your yoga journey, I’d love to guide you.

✨ Send me a DM to book your FREE trial Hatha Yoga class and experience the practice for yourself.

Life itself is the greatest blessing. 🙌

No matter what happens, I choose to live with gratitude. I have never waited for big achievements or celebrated success to feel fulfilled.

✨Instead, I have found joy in the smallest moments—a quiet sunrise, a gentle breeze, a heartfelt smile, the gift of breath, and the simple grace of being alive.

It is in these tiny moments that my inner child comes alive, my heart feels light, and I remember that the Divine is present in everything. 🤍

Every breath is a prayer. Every moment is sacred. Every step is an offering.

Today was a day of excitement and curiosity. 🤸🏻‍♀️

Every new step on this yogic path reminds me that I will always be a student before I am a teacher. The deeper I go into yoga, the more I realize that true wisdom comes through humility, practice, and lived experience.

My spiritual journey isn’t about reaching a destination—it’s about remaining open, learning with wonder, and allowing each experience to transform me from within.

One breath. One practice. One step closer to my true self. 🕉️
