I spent the last 11 days on a yoga teacher refresher in montenegro with Sri Krishanji Verma, and 30 gorgeous yoga teacher's from around Europe. was exquisite and the perfect host for a deep and transformational experience. With all the practises, my mind, the thought patterns, my hormones and metabolism are all finally resetting itself.
I am starting to fall in love again... With being alive, with my practise, with the prospect of a future.
To the beautiful souls who are a part of my journey... There are no words. 😘❤️🙏

The favourite part of my day is stretching my muscles and strengthening my body. It gives me a feeling of health, and happiness. I usually end of with a meditation, to experience and assimilate the stillness.

What do you have planned for the summer?
We'll be relaxing, unwinding and letting go of stuff during the Authentic Yoga summer holiday retreats. 2,5 days of yoga, meditation, delicious organic food, and abundant nature.
13-15 July, 17-19 August, 14-16 September.

Dinner was so so yummy. The chef prepared an indian inspired meal... finished off with cake a rhubarb compote. This is definitely the delux treatment. 🙂💗
