We care more about you having FUN!
Something that people are often worried about when they’re considering booking our retreats is that they will be the slowest one.
We’ve created this retreat to be inclusive, we have a minimum recommendation that you’re able to run 10k on the road without walking. Past that we don’t care how fast you are.
These trips are less about your pace, more about how much you want learn, have fun and be capable than beating everyone’s Strava segments.
Yes we’ll encourage you to challenge yourself, NO we won’t make you do burpees if you’re slow!!!
Showing up is what matters and booking your spot is the first step to doing exactly that.
