Gøy å få dekning av prosjektet jeg har tegnet for Bomuldsfabriken kunsthall. Prosjektet er å finne i nyeste billedkunst no:1 2018. Bladet kan kjøpes på Narvesen og dekker også mye av det spennende som foregår på Sørlandet, med hovedvekt på det fantastiske kunstnermiljøet som opererer i og rundt Kristiansand om dagen.

I am happy to announce that the project I have designed for the very wonderful client Bomuldsfabriken Kunsthall and director Harald Solberg, is funded and construction is about to begin with completion in may 2017. The architectural project aims to create a refined and functional route through the landscape providing spectacular experiences of the abandoned mines located next to Bomuldsfabriken in juxtaposition with contemporary art by norwegian and international artists. For now, the illustrations show only phase 1, without artwork. More info and illustrations to come.

Jeg mener å huske å ha lest at Harald Røstvik har foreslått at "trombe wall" prinsippet kunne fungere i Norge, han har også patenter på solvarmefangende veggelementer. Spennende at han kommer på banen i veggdebatten! U-verdi kravet i TEK gjør at veggprinsipper som motvirker kulden ved å absorbere solenergi ikke lar seg realisere, da varme generert ytterst i fasaden blir isolert ute... Hvis TEK hadde lagt seg på et rent krav til energikonsum ville man kunne stimulere til forskning på fasadetyper som høstet energi utenfra istedenfor å bare forhindre lekkasje av energi innenfra....
