Food for thought (literally): A healthy mind starts with what you eat 💡.

A Roman poet once said that a healthy mind lives in a healthy body, and well.. it’s true! What you eat affects both your body and mind, creating a never-ending cycle of nourishment.

So, if you:

Feel tired often 🥱:
Try avocados, nuts, whole grains, and sweet potatoes for steady energy 🥑. These foods provide complex carbs and healthy fats for sustained energy throughout the day 🍠.

Experience brain fog 😶‍🌫️:
Opt for salmon, walnuts, flaxseeds, and chia seeds 🍣. Rich in omega-3s, these foods help support memory and clear mental fog.

Feel stressed out 😰:
Reach for dark chocolate, spinach, bananas, and almonds 🍌. The magnesium in these foods helps relax the nervous system and reduce stress 🍫.

Have trouble focusing 🥴:
Go for eggs, berries, green tea, and leafy greens 🍳. These foods are packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and healthy fats, which support cognitive function and focus 🫐.

What’s your favorite brain-boosting snack?
