A lot of arguments are due to misunderstanding...
Sadly we live in a world that has lost the ability to listen

❇️Rarely do we ask ourselves what is being said?

Next time you're in a conversation as yourself “what is being said?”

You should own your emotions!!

And then what do we do with it?
Well...
👉🏼sometimes we set up a boundary
We say 🖕🏽 you
👉🏼We say “I see where you're coming from but I disagree!”
Just because you're triggering doesn't mean you gotta let it go
Or only look at yourself
Sometimes we're triggered for a reason🔥

“Everything happens for a reason”
For me, this is such a triggering statement...
It implies that “the universe” wanted to teach us a lesson...
👉🏼What's the lesson for sexual abuse victims?
👉🏼What's the lesson behind having your house destroyed by war?
It's all fine and dandy, but when the sh*t hits the fan these statements don't carry much weight...
It's time that we start filtering through the things we say to one another, what lays behind the words.
Life has no other meaning than the one we put in it.

Well-being should be simple!
So many times we discard the knowledge we have both in our body and mind for books and others opinions.
Here is a little trick to learn from yourself before reading another book, get a coach or listen to another podcast:
✅ Write down a question that you have about a subject and answer it yourself (if the answer is enough, put it to use, if not seek more knowledge)
✅ If you have pain in your body, ask that part what is it there to tell you and how can you help release it?
✅ If you have a situation in your life that you don't know what to do with
👉🏼write it down as a question
🚶Go for a walk
📝Come back to it, and answer it yourself

How can it be holistic if it's only for the rich ones?
In my perception a lot of “Holistic coaches” out there are just (unconsciously?) pushing for an elitist/unrealistic form of health!
What do I mean by that?
Well, some people don't have the financial, emotional, mental means to “invest” in all these “must-have” gadgets of water filters, supplements, and even Organic foods...Yea I said it!
If you can't apply the changes without having to get another job or get an ulcer trying to make ends meet because of “lifestyle changes” you're NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG! The coach is!
The truth is some of these gadgets are more a way to show off than anything
Holistic health should be simple, applicable for EVERYONE and consider things such as social/economical class.
How can it be holistic if it's only for the rich ones?
