PRCELESS!!! message !

I feel different today, a bit depressed and low but at the same time like I can climb any mountain. Its a strange feeling I guess hitting a goal I set so long ago and now achieving it I need a new focus, something harder and more challenging - MDS for sure and Manila Baguio run and I'll do another full IM as well this year somewhere. Focus now on IM and ultra endurance and trail races for me. I'm so grateful that our paths crossed when they did and thank you from the bottom of my heart for you unwavering support over the last year. I couldn't have got here without your support, guidance and friendship. Looking forward to many more years of pushing our limits and drinking every fu***ng drop of life! Love you brother, see you at training later in the week.

A day of Misteps and Bubus hahaah. First of all i didnt train coz i have a very succesful coaching program and cant concentrate on my own gains so i gained 10 pounds overweight. I didnt have a chamce to do a warm up swim so thats the start hehehh we were off and o couldnt breathe haha called the lifeguards and said i cant breathe hehe triwd it again still cant. And finally i had 4 or 5 saves and rest and i took off my wetsuit. AM JUST TOO FAT FOR THIS SIZE HAHAH. so then i biked usual pace then ran I LOVE THE RUN SO MUCH THAT IDIS THENU TURN AT THE FINISH LINE JUST TO SEE MY FANS HEHEH SO THATS additional 1.7 km but whew.
