Every training at Bergen Historiske kampsportklubb ends with a debriefing circle. The point of this is to provide feedback for the trainers, and address any isuses that occur during trainings. This helps ensure that each member is satisfied, safety is prioritized, nd trainings improve over time.

Spring semester at Bergen Historiske Kampsportklubb is in full swing. This weekend, we're preparing our new recruits for line fighting with spears, slowly acclimating them to handle group fights.

Meanwhile, we're all preparing for as always, and lots of sparring to heavy metal as per usual.

We had some interesting events turn up this weekend, including children joining in our wrestling warmup (removed from the photo), and a dog, Spock! Spock's a good doggo.

Hinnheim travelled to Ask International this year, 9 of us. New record!
Saw many old friends and made some new ones, and further acquainted our members with the broader fight scene.

The spring semester at Hinnheim is in full swing!

We have 7 prospective new members, while some of "de gamle" are preparing to go to Ask International in Denmark in a few weeks.

Holidays are over, fighting begins again. The last two weekends we shook off the rust and excess calories before our upcoming beginner's course.
