Butterfly Berg Pole Fitness Studio

fun fitness with pole dancing. One on one training or bring a friend with you to learn from a energetic teacher. now i teach at home privately. no large classes.

I have been a dancer for 6 years and teaching for two. After i moved here i finally got the degree for fitness and dance. I am going to teach you how to tone your body and have a great time doing it without the worry of making a fool of yourself in a larger class setting. my class hours are flexible so just call to schedule. the classes are a hour long and will be hard work.I highly motivate my clients to push themselves to go the limit. This is a total body workout. It will tone and shape almost every muscle in the body. I am a strength and endurance type of dance. For prices and scheduling please give me a call.

I will take strength training as well. But no sexy types of classes. dancing like this is sexy enough on its own. You don`t need to put trampish moves to make yourself look beautiful.
