A peek inside one of China’s largest soy sauce producers 🇨🇳

During our visit to Qianhe in Sichuan, we got the opportunity to see the production up close – from traditional fermentation methods to enormous storage facilities and modern industrial production.

The scale is difficult to capture in pictures. This is soy sauce production on a completely different level – combining centuries of Chinese tradition with modern food production.
For MFS, being present at the factories, meeting the people behind the products and understanding how they are actually made is an important part of what we do.

Å få oppleve dette fra innsiden er en påminnelse om at de beste produktene ikke blir til over natten.

Dette er en av grunnene til at jeg tilbringer så mye tid i Kina – for å finne de riktige produsentene, forstå prosessene og bygge langsiktige partnerskap mellom Asia og Norden.
