👋Meet Rasel, our Lab Technician in Bangladesh.
🏭Rasel works directly on customer sites, where he helps solve challenges, provides technical support, and works closely with our laboratory team in Shanghai to ensure customers get the answers and solutions they need.
💡What Rasel enjoys most about his job is finding the real cause of a problem and helping customers get back on track.
🏭One recent example was when a customer believed our product was causing issues in their production process. After a thorough investigation, Rasel discovered that the root cause was actually a piece of equipment that wasn't functioning properly. Once the issue was identified and resolved, production was running smoothly again.
For Rasel, moments like these are what make the job rewarding.
When he's not supporting customers, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. After a busy week on the road, staying connected with loved ones helps him recharge.
