Ironman 70.3 Haugesund 2019 🏊🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️⛈💨⚡️ happy with my swim and run but a bit disappointed with the bike. However, I’ve come to the conclusion that I cant compare this years bike time with last year 😇 Placed 5th and was as lucky as last year (some said no and some already qualified) and got a slot for World Championship in Nice, France 😍 I learn a lot about myself in these races and unfortunately its not only nice to get reminded of your bad habits and characteristics 🙄 I will keep pushing and keep getting a better triathlete and human ✌🏻😊 thanks to all the awesome people I got to share this weekend with 😍 you are the best!

Kind of addicted to wearing bibs 🤩🏃🏻‍♀️ half marathon today felt surprisingly good and managed to run with a higher pace (04:56 average) and lower heart rate (sub threshold) than expected 💥 negative spilt also 😅 Always want to get better but my patience is like zero! Please make me run faster 😇 I had to run with a sweater because the bike jersey from yestetday is printed on my arms 🙄☀️ thanks for a great event 👏🏻
