Hi everyone,
I haven't posted much lately because I wasn't feeling my best. I needed to take a little break, and it really helped.
I started making more time for myself and creating small daily rituals, even if they only last five minutes. Sitting quietly for a moment, enjoying a cup of tea, writing in a journal, doing my skincare, or anything that helps me reconnect with myself.
Coming back home to myself. Back to my inner world.
But don't worry — I'm back now, and I'm looking forward to being here with you again. 🤍

The holiday is slowly coming to an end, and I’m already on my way back to Norway.
I have to admit that even before the holiday, I didn’t have the energy to create anymore. It was a challenging period, which got a little more complicated right at the beginning of the holiday – a small “bonus” from life 😀
But that’s okay. This is also what yoga teaches us – to accept what is, and most importantly… not to lose our s**t, as my grandfather would say 😀
Time spent with the closest ones is truly priceless ❤️
Thank you all for your patience and for giving me the space to rest. I truly appreciate it.
