Coach Bernadette Butterfield ran tonights training with some fun drills to keep bodies warm as the weather is definitely turning autumnal.

A great afternoon supporting Eiffage in Norway at their new development in Kristiansand, helping to showcase their support of the local community.

Thank you, as always, to the volunteers who helped to showcase the rugby available locally.

Apparently the first rule of social media is: take photos.

I remembered that roughly after training finished. 😅

In my defence, the floodlights also decided not to turn up tonight, so by the end of the session you could mainly see a collection of fluorescent bibs moving around in the darkness.

So, no action shots this week — here’s an AI recreation instead. Just trust us: rugby happened. 🏉

Autumn has officially arrived at Kristiansand Rugbyklubb. 🍂🌙

Høsten har offisielt kommet til Kristiansand Rugbyklubb. 🍂🌙

A little bit of rain doesn't stop training. It was great to have Øystein return today, he is a real stalwart of the club!! A solid effort from everyone tonight showing some good defensive work and supporting lines.

Yesterday was a great day of rugby in Horten. Another second division match with a barbarian force made up of Kristiansand Rugbyklubb, STIF - Sandefjord Turn & Idrettsforening, Oslo Raballders Inclusive Rugbyklubb and Oslo Blindern Rugbyklubb vs a rapidly growing Horten Rugbyklubb side! And what a day it was. Both teams had a mix of experience and throughout the day there was some great rugby that everyone should be proud of. Every time these teams come together they shine and always finish with a smile!!!

A big thank you to Yves Le Naour for travelling down to officiate!!

Come down and join the fun!!

We may have forgotten to take photos at training tonight. We had a big age range 6-51, all are welcome and we adapt the training to ensure everyone is included.

Come down and join the family!
