The Yoga Perch

The Yoga Perch is an intimate and local setting for private yoga, meditation and mindfulness practice There I offer slow flow, yin and power flow classes.

I completed my 200-hr teaching certificate at 8 Limbs Yoga Centers in Seattle, Washington USA. I currently teach several classes a week at Family Sports Club in Kristiansund, Norway. For myself, yoga is an opportunity to step away from the noise and find the stillness and strength that lies within all of us - despite the ever increasing stress of the world around us.
