Nice with an influx of Pine Grosbeaks to Southern Norway. This was a flock of about 40 ind. Very tame:)

Late autumn is the best time to find this cool bird in Larvik. Lately up to 16 ind. have been seen, in small reed beds along the coast of Brunlanes (Nevlungstranda, Eineren og Hummerbakken).

Birds seen during two weeks guiding in Vestfold and Telemark in SE. Norway. 20 August - 1 Sept. 2023.
This area has the richest bio-diversity in Norway. Especially along the beautiful coast of Larvik.
In addition to the photographed species we also saw Spotted Crake, Black-tailed Godvit, Black Woodpecker and a good migration of 41 Great-spotted Woodpecker at Mølen + much more:)
