Moving forward after moving on - a topic that is so close to my heart. A talk that is just not a seminar but something that I am still working on and would like to guide everybody with taking examples from my own journey. Join my seminar with “Generation Mobility”

What they say about pregnancy is so true. The last weeks have been about rediscovering myself as a mother, woman and human being. The nesting tendency in my heart has peaked and I am not letting go of any chance to prepare my home and heart for my littlest’s arrival in May 👶🏻💕

Officially entering the last month of teaching classes before I start my maternity leave and the last week of the second trimester 🥹🙌🏼🧿

Experiencing the creation of life in you is the most amazing feeling. When this is not in my control then what really is 🙏🏼🔱

Nothing is more real and humbling than experiencing creation of life in you. When this is not in your control then what really is ?

Back after a much needed break from constantly updating what I am doing in my life on social media & a week of checkups and prenatal labs as the 7th month is right around the corner 💕🙌🏼

Look past the fear,
Look past the uncertainty,
Where the treasure lies,
Beneath this matter of matter,
Only faith will unlock them,
Only faith will reveal them…

Oh higher power,
My dear universe,
We surrender!!

GRATEFUL FOR NOW ❤️
“In the now” is everything!

Love from my heart to yours ✨🙏🏼

Pregnancy yoga is never about getting in a workout.
It’s about being mindful and doing what’s best for you and your baby 💕✨

And when it comes to being mindful about doing your best for you and your baby the decision always lies with you mumma 💕
And it’s absolutely okay to say NO to anything wherever necessary!

Saying NO

~ to your family
~ to your friends
~ to your closest circle
~ to special events
~ to anything you are not ready for

This time in your pregnancy is yours to enjoy and sometimes all you might want to do is just bundle up in your bed with a good book or watch your favourite movie with your partner.

Staying active in pregnancy brings that maturity and the much needed grounding for you as a mother to know when to pause and just be.

Embrace that feeling mumma ❤️🙏🏼✨

Some spinal articulation and rotational movements to add space in my pelvis, spine and torso for my growing baby bump 👶🏻

This stuff is good for anyone (not just a pregnant women) as it’s creating more space in the obliques, ribs and back.

Also as a woman’s body changes so rapidly it’s important to stay connected to the primal sensual energy that is required of childbirth, I can feel the slow shift in myself, the metamorphosis as I let go of old layers and identify and get ready for the rite of passage into womanhood 🤰🏻❤️✨

Again and again I am reminded and in awe of what women can do, this body can create and the joy we feel through this profound experience 💕🙏🏼✨

Everyday the body is changing and making space for the role I am about to step into in my life.

And as the body changes rapidly, I adapt mentally (although I’ve told nothing can prepare you for motherhood).

I am constantly more and more in awe of this female body and the power of womanhood, the ability women have to adapt to so much change and letting go, to nurture and to allowed themselves to be the vehicle for the creation process.

To all the women and mothers out there, all my love and respect to you. I see you and honour you ❤️🙏🏼
