Yoga in Sofienbergparken

Yoga classes for all with Claudia and Natalia, in Sofienbergparken in Oslo. Every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. SEASON START MAY 2017! Let’s do yoga together!

I’ll teach an open Hatha Yoga class on the grass of Sofienbergparken. All levels are welcome and it really doesn’t matter if this is your first or your 923th yoga class. We’ll start with sun salutations, followed by a sequence of standing and sitting poses, and we’ll end nice and calm, on our backs. What to bring?
