Some of our OSI members represented Norway at the European Kendo Championships in Montenegro last weekend.🥵

Both the men's and women's teams advanced from the group stage, delivering solid performances throughout the tournament. It was a great showing and another important step in the development of Norwegian Kendo!🌟🇳🇴

A huge thank you to all the athletes, coach, the management team, and especially everyone back home who followed the competition and supported us, both on and off screen. Your encouragement means a lot! 🔥🔥🙌

Last weekend we participated in the annual spring seminar in Helsinki 🇫🇮

Despite the freezing temperatures outside, the atmosphere inside was truly warm and inspiring. We learned so much from the renowned instructors Yagisawa sensei, Furusawa sensei, and Shinzato sensei from Nippon Sport Science University 🙇‍♂️

We also had a bless training alongside kendokas from different countries and share our passion for kendo ⚔️ 💫
