From a small town with big dreams.
This weekend, 6 of our kids traveled from Sandnes to Oslo to compete at the Norwegian Jiu-Jitsu Championship — and they made us incredibly proud.
They came home with many victories, great performances, and a lot of medals. But more important than the results was the way they stood together as a team. Supporting each other, coaching each other, celebrating every win and lifting each other after every challenge. That is the real meaning of Jiu-Jitsu.
A special mention to Oscar, only 14 years old, who showed true leadership throughout the competition. He stepped up as a coach during the matches, supported the younger kids, guided the team, and was always there for everyone.
This is exactly the culture we have been building for many years. Not only creating fighters, but building a strong team with future leaders. Giving responsibility to students from a young age, teaching them to care for others, lead by example, and grow together.
Very proud of every single one of them. The future is bright. 🥋🏆🔥

I still remember when she first walked into class — full of energy, curiosity, and a fearless spirit. Very early on, it was clear she was different. Not just talent, but heart. Discipline. Love for Jiu-Jitsu.
She started competing young, facing challenges most wouldn’t dare at that age. Over the years, she became a champion — European champion, World champion — but more importantly, she became an incredible human being.
Watching her grow, not only as an athlete but as a person, has been one of the greatest privileges of my life as a coach. What we built goes far beyond medals and belts. It’s trust, respect, and a true friendship.
Today, seeing her receive her brown belt is emotional. It’s not just a promotion — it’s the result of years of dedication, sacrifices, victories, and lessons.
Proud is an understatement.
The journey continues… and I’ll always be in your corner. 🤎🥋Felipe Mota

.maele has been building a legacy that places her as the greatest female BJJ athlete in Norwegian history. Her first European title was in 2015, winning the European Open class in the blue belt division, followed by 3 titles in the adult black belt No Gi division, then champion of the ADCC qualifier, participating in the biggest event in the history of Jiu-Jitsu, the first ADCC in Las Vegas, and now champion of the European Master, completing the collection of all the greatest European titles possible to be won. And the most impressive thing is how she continues to be hungry and wanting more.
