Tilt your hip for relaxed lower back, lock your feet in and lean forward. Keep your glutes relaxed and let the hamstring and calf stuff do the work.

Foten din trenger styrke for å kunne ta i mot belastning, og utvikle kraft.

Her er en enkel øvelse for føttene og leggene.
▶️ Ha fot og tåballen på gulvet, men tærne opp på matte.
▶️ Rull foten ut mot lilletå på vei opp, og over på storetå før du kommer ned.
▶️ Press tærne nedover igjennom hele bevegelsen.
▶️ På vei opp beveger ankelen seg inn mot midten, og utover på vei ned.

3 x 20 reps.

The hipsies needed some love. So love they got.

Hard, intense love.

Some eccentric ER to close the gap and just get stronger.

Been less training the past days due to travel and moving apartments. Time to create a new routine, and get back into it.

The more often you start again, the better. I try to start again every day.

Meet Ben.

He's had massive back pain this past week.

We had a session today, and we mostly did some breath work and a bit of hip rotation, and here we are.

It's obviously not permanently fixed, and he's going to have to keep working on it (and I know he will), but that's a good start.

I'm trying to load all the muscles of my muscles.

To do so, each set looks different as I try to load all the lines of tension.

Happy with my progress. Will look nice in a couple of years!

Loading into flexion is all dandy and delicious, and I see more and more people doing so. Awesome!

Loading into extension however, is not something you see as often, but its definitely worth it.

I love this setup from , and it's definitely coming along nicely. Day one I had no chance of lifting myself up.
