Torstein & Esa will explore Ki & Aikido together in Bergen on the 11th and 12th of August 2023. Everybody is welcome to join us in our casual and informal training sessions in Bergen Aikido dojo.
Friday: 18:00-19:30
Saturday: 11:00-12:30 and 14:00-15:30
Social event afterwards, as usual. 😊

After 4 years, it was soooooo nice to have Ariga Sensei visiting us again - with old members, new members, sharing with us the ideas and perspectives that grew during the isolation of the world. Thank you for the inspiration! Now on to Oslo!
