Our Mini-Maxi-Mix Group of kids (5-8 with parents) did really well!
They were throwing their parent (and me at times), and I threw them around a bit as well!!! Well earned grades - have a happy summer!

Another successful (4 day!) grading prep seminar with Jac & Bob!
After the Friday tanto session in Vikeså, we continued with a morning dedicated to 6th & 5th kyu with excellent gradings for Lukas, Hanne & Marli (5th kyu) and Umid (6th kyu), Congratulations!!! For the rest of the seminar we delved in shodan prep, exploring flow in entrances, and checking what that tells us about our shisei, taisabaki, kokyu rokyu, Kihon precision, ma-ai... finishing with koshinage and jiyu-kokyunage, as we had a suprise visit by Stein Lian from Tromsø!
We are very happy with this long weekend!
(and went straight on to nidan and sandan stuff on the Monday evening basics class!)
