If you are passionate about couples dance then this is for you! Join us for Wednesday evenings from 4. March at 18.30 where you and your partner can have fun, dance, and laugh together just the two of you, in a group! This is suitable for partners and you will dance together with your partner for the whole 60 minutes in an intimate, fun-filled atmosphere.

A few years ago, it occurred to me that music sub-divides time and space. We use up the space around us by dancing. We divide up time with rhythm.

So many of the dancers we work with are gifted in Music. If you dance, you are an expert in experiencing music. If you think that's not true, imagine for a second, dancing with no music!

If you sing, the same principles apply.

Conclusion: Dancers and those who respond to music are miniature inter-galactic-time-space-continuum-travelers.

I wanted to create a safe space for us ladies beyond our teenage years. As a slightly older dance teacher, I really appreciate that ladies in mid life have a LOT on their plate. This dance class is all of our chance to be with like minded ladies, and get in the groove. It’s basically permission to let loose with the music and I cannot think of a better way to express yourself than by exercising at the same time. 💕

This is our story of why we are moving everything to one central Facebook + Website + Instagram. We are so grateful for you following so far and are now enjoying a period of growth and expansion.
