Dynamic side bends✨️🪷✨️
Lengthen the abdominal muscles, hips, and thighs, and improve flexibility in the spine and knees.
They also stretch the muscles between the ribs opening the chest and increasing the capacity to inhale.

Side bends

Side bends are of vital importance and should be done regularly.
They lengthen the spine and open the sides of the body, helping to release tension and improve spinal flexibility.
These poses stretch the muscles between the ribs and enhance breath capacity, among other benefits. They are also known for opening the hips and stretching the sides of the thighs.

Pawanmuktasana – Gas Release Posture

It is a powerful pose at the beginning of the asana practice, that helps the entire digestive system and makes asana practice easier.

In Pawanmuntasana we stretch the neck and back.
The abdominal muscles are tensed and the internal organs are compressed which increases the blood circulation.

The pressure on the abdomen releases gasses trapped in the large intestine, improves the digestive system and relieves constipation.

This pose strengthens the lower back muscles and loosens the spinal vertebrae.
It can also help with sterility and impotence.

For women, it massages the pelvic muscles and reproductive organs and is beneficial for menstrual disorders.

While holding a posture, visualize you are inside of a Golden Egg. It creates a sense of protection and safety and boosts emotional self-empowerment.
