Every Wednesday 17.00-18.15 I will make you sweat, before we cool down with restorative where I will be coming around with essential oils from ❤️
You can join as a 6 weeks course starting in week 35 or as drop in.

Do you know one of the reasons I love hosting workshops or retreats? 🧘🏼♀️🤸🏼♀️
It is getting to know each one of you a little better. Who you are. What you do. Your practice. Sharing the struggle and the joy on your mat. And in that way also assist you in a better way in class.
Looking through these pictures now, fills my heart so much ❤️ Bringing this group of beautiful ladies to Sardinia was wonderful, some had never tried yoga before and some had practiced yoga for years. Everyone did so well. Thank you for all the energy and effort you put in 🙏🏻
This fall there will be two possibilities to come and practice with me. Sola strandhotell 8.-9.September and Amorgos, Greece 18.-25.October ❤️

På søndag er det morsdag og hva er vel bedre å gi til noen du er glad i som allerede har alt enn en deilig time med AromaTouch massasje? 🌸💕 Det tar ca. 30-40 min og oljene som brukes er fra . I’m login off social media for a while. Need some time to recharge. If you want to reach me I still have my usual number and my door is wide open for company❤️ I’m fine, nothing serious, just winter.. I’ll be doing the usual.. teaching, cuddling my cat, warm baths and lots of essential oils, I’m just not going to post about it every day 😅 See ya 😘
