Vi trener mandager kl 17- 18.30 og fredager 19.30-21 i Fantofthallen. Søndager er også treningsdager, men tid og sted varierer noe. We had a fantastic introductory practice on monday. Bergen brought the sunshine, and plenty of new faces showed up and even a player from italy! Thanks to everyone who came to training. Still haven’t tried quadball? It’s not too late. come along this friday for our last intro practis . 🏐

Gartulerer til våre fire spillere som reiste med Sagene Sagene IF Rumpeldunk, til Krakow og dro med seg en førsteplass og fairplay award!😊

This weekend we attended Development Cup in Oslo, we had a blast and fought well, some losses and some wins but a lot of learning and fun games! We did fight our way to a 3rd place! And did bring the bronze trophy home to Bergen! thank you all for an amazing weekend.

A new year and a new opportunity to try a new sport!!! If you are curious as to how quadball works, or need some motivation to get out of the house and get the body moving, feel free to join us.❤️ Quadball is a sport where you can combine your mind and body and is suitable for every bodytype and shape. At practice you get varied oppertunities to challenge yourself addapted to your level. Best of all it is gender inclusive, so you can meet and play with people with all genders!

Da er året i gang for fullt, på tross av snøen har vi møttes for å spille sammen og ha det gøy. Gleder meg til å tilbringe mer tid med gjengen i året som kommer🥰 og håper vi får noen nye tilskudd å dele sportsgleden med i 2026!
