Maybe a group session is nothing for you, but you are interested in yoga. Maybe you have some physical or emotional imbalances you would like work on with yoga as your tool of choice? You will receive a yogaprogramm tailored to your personal needs (45 min therapy talk / 45 min yoga/ 30 min follow up via Zoom): Price 1100NOK

maybe you just want to experience yoga on your own. I offer single yoga session 650 NOK/1:15 hr. (Possibility for a Zoom- appointment on request.) I am looking forward to meet you.
