Niru Yoga Homestay and Yoga Retreat Center is a peaceful wellness retreat located in a green village inside Kathmandu Valley, Nepal. We offer yoga, meditation, sound healing, pranayama, and daily nature hiking in a calm, natural environment away from city noise. Our programs include two 90-minute yoga sessions daily, three vegetarian meals, private rooms with attached bathroom, and a warm homestay experience. All ages welcome.
