All Students, enthusiastic players, and helping hands are kindly requested to participate in the cleaning of Litchi Ground for Synapse 2026.

All concerned students are hereby informed that the deadline for submission of the Player Selection Form has been extended due to the ongoing examinations of various streams and batches, which have limited timely participation. Students who have not yet submitted the form are requested to complete the submission within the extended time frame.

MESSAGE TO ALL THE STUDENTS

Dear Students,

The BPKIHS Sports Committee kindly requests the wholehearted support of every BPKIHSian as we prepare for “SYNAPSE,” Nepal’s largest inter-medical fest. This is not just an institutional event; it is your event, your platform, and your moment to showcase the unity, spirit, and strength of our BPKIHS family. Let us come together with enthusiasm, discipline, and pride to make Synapse a celebration we can all be proud of.

All students are hereby informed to take the following points into consideration:

1. Athlete Preparation

All students aspiring to participate are encouraged to continue regular and dedicated training. Selection for every sport will be conducted in a fair, transparent, and merit-based manner, ensuring equal opportunity for all.

Also, our players are the true ornaments of the fest, and we urge all players to train responsibly, avoid injuries, and take good care of their health as we move closer to Synapse.

2. Sports Facility & Ground Regulations

To maintain safe and proper training conditions:

Ground 1 (Litchi Ground) remains closed for turf repair and restoration. Playing Football and Cricket is restricted temporarily until another notice.

Ground 2 (Switzerland Ground) will be open for football training sessions.

Cricket practice is to be conducted strictly in the nets.

Volleyball practice may continue in the designated court area of Ground 1 (Litchi Ground)

We request every student to follow these arrangements responsibly so that our facilities remain in optimal condition for the fest. Your participation, encouragement, and positive spirit are vital in making Synapse a grand success.

Synapse "All Nepal Medical College Meet"—is the most awaited festival of medicos hosted by BPKIHS, Dharan organized by Students' Welfare Society (SWS) with aim to foster unity and camaraderie among medical students from across Nepal. This week-long celebration features a vibrant mix of sports events, socio-cultural performances, and literary competitions. As we approach towards next edition of SYNAPSE, we are calling for volunteers to join the organizing committee (sports).
