Please do pranayama daily for at least 10 minutes. If you don't know or if you are doing incorrectly, please learn from us. This will help you for many health reasons.
Also, whoever has scientific bent of mind, I am sharing with you presentation on "Nitric Oxide" because this has to do with Pranayama practice.
Do Pranayam daily at least 10 mintues. Learn to do it correctly.

Can not we come in peace with our selves ? ..and create some harmony ? some grace and beauty ? Is it wrong to have a good body ? Is it wrong to have a peace of mind ? Is it bad to have a health ?
