हामी बस्ने शहर काठमाडौ उपत्यकामा दैनिक जसो हुने घण्टौ लामो ट्राफिक जाम । विश्व कै सबैभन्दा वायुप्रदुषित शहरहरु मध्ये एक भनेर कहलिएको काठमाडौ । भयानक सडक दुर्घटनाहरु घटिरहदाँ महसुस हुने असुरक्षित यात्राहरु !.......
यी दैनिक जसो भोग्नुपर्ने भयावह समस्याहरु हरेक तह, बर्ग, लिँग र समुदायका उपत्यकाबासीहरुले भोगिरहदाँ सरकार, सत्ता , सँसद र निकायहरुमा यसको महसुस किन भईरहेको छैन ? अहिले यी अवस्थाहरु आऊने १०/१५/२० बर्ष पछि झनै कति बिकराल र भयावह होलान् ? काठमाडौले के शास फेर्न सक्नेछ ?
अब समाधानहरुका तर्फमा कदम चाल्न ढिलो भईसक्यो। अत: कहिलेसम्म आम नागरिक समाजहरु मौन बस्न सक्छौ ?
अत: यस्तै परिदृष्यहरुमा आऊनुस् बहस , छलफल र अन्तरक्रिया गरौ ! समस्याहरुको समाधानको खोजी गरौ ! " साईकल र पैदल " सँगै शहरी जनस्वास्थका कुरा गरौ, हामीले जन्माएका छोराछोरीहरुका फोक्सो मुटु र मस्तिष्कका कुरा गरौ ।
जहिल्यै राजनिती खिचातानीका कुराहरुमा अलमलिने सँसदमा अबका दिनहरुमा यी मुद्दाहरुमा बहस र छलफल चलोस् । आमनागरिकहरुले तात्तातो घाममा लाईन लागेर भोट दिई जिताएका साँसदहरुले आमनागरिकहरुका यी दैनिक भोगाईहरुमा छलफल गरुन् , समाधान खोजोस् , पहल गरुन् !
यी नै बिषयहरुमा घनिभुत बहस गर्न सँबन्धित बिज्ञहरु र साँसदहरु सहित आऊने कार्यक्रम र मँचमा सहभागी बनौ! सरकार र सँसदलाई प्रश्न गरौ र जिम्मेवारी बनाऔ !

Thank you Mayor of lalitpur Chiri Babu Maharjan, Ratna Shrestha (founder of Nepal Cycle Society) for believing at us and making us an event supporter team for Yala Mayor Cup Mtb Race. We are very grateful to receive an award from the Mayor today. We did our best and we will make sure will do our best in future too.

Congratulations🎉 to all the winners and participants!! We are very grateful to become an event supporter for Lalitpur Metropolitan City and co-organizer Nepal Cycle Society . We believe that there should be as many events as possible in our country, with proper cash prizes, support, and sponsorships to preserve our national champions and motivate newcomers in cycling. We also believe that athletes should be respected by the government and the people, and considered valuable assets for Nepal to grow strong and competitive athletes who can represent our nation and elevate its status.

The presence of Cory Wallace , a 5× world solo 24-hour champion, in the race has inspired many Nepali athletes. Cory Wallace has praised Nepal as an excellent training ground, ideal for preparing for races and high-altitude challenges.

While we strive to do our best, if there is anything we missed, we apologize and will work hard to support and organize more events in future.
