NEW online E-VISA introduced in Nepal.

Immigration office started processing online payments and e-visas from February 2024!

You can fill online form and pay online (official link in the thread) then pick up visa at the airport.

Nepal: Mustang flood update. Floods in Kagkhola last night along with incessant rain washed away 20 houses including the police station building in Kagbeni. Kagkhola, which flows through Muktinath, was blocked due to a landslide, and the flood caused severe damage in Kagbeni.

According to the police, so far 36 houses have been damaged by the floods. 'After the flood occurred at night, the locals managed to save their lives by fleeing' - told RSS Varagung Muktichhetra Rural Municipality Chairman Rinjin Namgel Gurung.

With the bridge washed away, the direct traffic of Upper Mustang has been cut off. Source: RSS - Nepali news agency.
