The entire universe is made up of five elements. In Sanskrit collectively, these elemental forces are known as the Panchatattva. Through our practice, we can learn to recognise and tap into these powerful forces of nature and see the infinite connection between all that exists.

The alchemical symbols of these elements are placed on our yoga mats to serve as a reminder to let these forces flow through us as we move, meditate and breathe🙏🏽
