Hi, our Zumba center will be closed from (2080-06-28) till (2080-07-11) for Dashain holidays.

F**t Hour family wishes a very Happy Vijaya Dashami 2080 to all our teachers, students and their families 😊❤️

We F**T HOUR family are glad to announce that we are running morning Zumba, Aerobic, Dance💃 & Yoga 🧘🧘‍♂️ classes & evening Fencing training classes🤺from our very experienced teachers and summer is still on so, lets make the best out of it by staying healthy & fit .
