Following a life of adventure & fitness ... to lead meaningful healthy life

I am at peace when i'm lost in the mountains ... with the mountain people, capturing their smiles, their sorrows, their lifestyle ... sometimes, I think I am the mountain. I only picked up Photography in Jan 2010 and since then, there has been no looking back. By nature, I am a very figity person but once I my camera helps me calm down ... connect with nature ... feel my surroundings. I love how ...the light can paint different perspectives ... how children can bring a smile in my lips as I capture their innocence ... how the hopes in their eyes can push me to go further ... and how the history and sorrows and joys of senior citizens painted in their face shows me what lies beyond. I am not particularly fond of being infront of the lens though ... so you will not really find me with my self portraits ... rather just a reflection of what I am ... what I do ... what I yearn for ...

But i still feel that no matter how much i try ... my camera is not as half as what I see through my eyes ... always fails to capture the the range of what my eyes can see ... the state of my mind ... and what my heart feels ... if only I could capture all of that ...

So no matter how much I try ... what I present is only half of my moments in heaven.

11 Years in the Making

11 years in the making… and today, as a proud father, my heart is filled with immense pride to share that my son, Max, a member of the U-19 Nepal Climbing Team, will proudly represent Nepal at the World Climbing Asian Youth Championships 2026 in Guiyang, China. 🇳🇵🧗‍♂️

Those who know Max know that this journey began when he was just six. Since then, he has trained relentlessly—embracing discipline, overcoming challenges, pushing through pain, and choosing a path that demanded sacrifices far beyond what most children experience.

Watching you grow from a little boy into a determined young Nepali athlete has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I know this is only the beginning. Your unwavering belief, mental strength and determination to chase what seems impossible will take you far.

Go make Nepal proud, Max. 🇳🇵

A heartfelt thank you to the Nepal Climbing Sports Association (NCSA) for believing in Max and giving him the opportunity to represent our country on the global stage. He represents not just our family, but countless young Nepalis with the potential to stand proudly among the best in the world.
