Thus, karate is known as "empty-hand" and is considered the most efficient and effective way of unarmed combat. Karate itself teaches students to move quickly, block effectively, create strong stances and make powerful strikes using hands and feet. He named his style after his two teachers, Itosu and Higaonna. सन् १९७३ मा फिलिपिन्सको मनिलामा भएको पहिलो एसियाली एथलेटिक्स प्रतियोगितामा 🇳🇵 नेपालका जितबहादुर केसीले नेपालको लागि पहिलो अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय एथलेटिक्स पदक जितेका थिए। त्यो क्षणले सम्पूर्ण देश गर्वले भरिएको थियो 🙌
तर त्यसपछि… दशकौँ बिते — न सम्मान, न वाचा गरिएका पुरस्कारहरू।
र पनि, उनले कहिल्यै आफ्नो देशप्रतिको प्रेम हराउन दिएनन्।
अनि अन्ततः — ५२ वर्षपछि!
नयाँ पुस्ताको जेन-जी आ'न्दो'ल'नपछि बनेको सरकारले वरिष्ठ खेलाडी जितबहादुर केसीलाई सम्झिएको छ।
राष्ट्रिय खेलकुद परिषद्को १२३औँ बैठकमा
युवा तथा खेलकुद मन्त्री बब्लु गुप्ताले
केसीलाई २५ लाख रुपैयाँ सम्मान गर्ने प्रस्ताव राखे,
जसलाई सर्वसम्मत समर्थन पनि मिल्यो 👏
७९ वर्षका केसी अहिले मुटुको समस्यासँग संघर्षरत छन्,
तर जब राज्यले आफूलाई सम्झिएको खबर सुने —
उनी आँसु झार्दै भावुक बने ❤️
👉 देशले ढिलो भए पनि सम्झियो,
तर आज जितबहादुर केसीको नाम फेरि गर्वसाथ उच्चारण भइरहेको छ! 🇳🇵🏅
