Position Title: Office Secretary (कार्यालय सचिब)
Eligibility:
• +2 completed or Bachelor’s degree running
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
• Good command of Nepali typing
• Must be able to prepare program schedules, letters, and certificates
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or graphic designing
• Communication skills, office management, and basic computer skills are essential

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle general office documentation and communication
• Type official documents in Nepali and English
• Design and print certificates, program schedules, etc.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating events
• Maintain basic office records and administrative support

💼 Work Schedule:
🕛 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Sunday to Friday)

✅ Preference:

• Those familiar with local culture and organizational practices.
• Prior experience in office work will be an added advantage.
