Best Time for Rafting
The most favorable seasons for rafting in Nepal are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). The rivers are typically well-fed from the melting winter snow in the spring and from the recent monsoon rains in the autumn. The monsoon season (June to August) is generally not recommended for rafting due to high water levels and unpredictable conditions.
