Tie-the-trash has reached out to more than 50 schools in Nepal reaching out to about 15,000 pupils. With the enthusiastic youth from Nepal, greenheart musical band, students and staffs from Vajra Academy (Nepal's first Green & eco-friendly school). Now, it has crossed continents, Tie-the-trash is being done in USA and in Gujarat in India. Do you want to tie the trash before it ties us?

We know that plastics can potentially have serious health risks (BPA). We also recently found out from 5 Gyres that there are estimated to be 5.25 trillion pieces of plastic on the ocean surface. What is getting more researchers attention? What if those bits were attracting toxins and getting into our food chain?

Good job, humans: The ocean now contains 5 trillion pieces of floating plastic That's over 250,000 tons.
Thanks to our volunteers the rope of trash becomes longer and longer and preperations are going on to bring this campaign to the ultimate: Tie-the Trash Rally!!!!
