Happy Dashain!!!
Please note that Groove Fitness will remain closed from September 29, 2025, Monday, to October 3, 2025, Friday, on the occasion of Dashain. We will re-open from October 5, 2025, Sunday. Also, please note that starting October 5, 2025, the gym opening time will change to 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of young lives during the recent Gen-Z protest. Our heartfelt condolences go out to the families of the victims, and we wish a speedy recovery to all those injured. This has been a difficult time for our community, and we stand in solidarity as we heal together.
