The Great Himalaya Trail – Day 8
We arrived at the Nango La Pass aroun midday from Ghunsa. Strong winds, low temperatues made our climb difficult. But Limbu was in good mood. From almost 4.800m we ran down – but it took us until 10pm to arrive in Olangchung Gola. What a long and hard day – 25,81km - 1.457m+ up.

The local Limbu lady opened her shop for us. We had no hurry, the gentle village of Hathiya convinced us: We stayed for two nights. And waited until the heavy showers moved east.
