May through to June for us had our reels burning with some chunky yellowfin🐟🐟Sizes ranging from 30kg to an impressive 47.8kg.
Our mahimahi season is also in full swing with some decent schools around our fads now, we came in one morning with 9 of them🎣👌
We are well in truly into our tourist season and the fishing has been giving our guests some highlights during their trips.
Back out on the water tomorrow to see whats out there 👌👌

End of April and beginning of May trips delivered a bit of action, the fish of those trips was a solid 38kg yellowfin solo on SEA-AHI Yellowfin around the 30 -35kg mark have also been appearing 🐟👌🎣Lately, plenty of juvenile yellowfin around the FADs are keeping the reels screaming and everyone busy. 🎣
The island is starting to get busy as we head into season. We can’t wait to welcome new guests, catch up with our regulars, and hopefully catch some fish.🐟👍

We have been fishing🎣 Some solid Yellowfin and the odd school of skippies kept us busy over the last month. To top it off, the Wahoo turned up round the back of the island—just in time for the petrol price hike! 😂🤦🐟🎣 but those strikes are still worth the fill up⛽️
Starting to get a few more visitors on island at the moment so hopefully the fish hang around as well👌

Fakaalofa lahi atu 🐟
Signing off December 2025 the best way we know how.. out on the water 🎣
We squeezed in a couple more charters and a few solo missions before the year wrapped up, and the ocean didn’t disappoint.
Wahoo were still cruising through 💥 and some the tunas started to show up.. a good sign of what’s ahead this summer 👀🐟
Thank you to everyone who jumped on a charter, followed along, shared a yarn, or supported us in any way this year. We don’t take it lightly 🤍
Here’s to a strong finish to 2025 and an even bigger year ahead on the water 🌊
Bring on what’s next.
