This is more than a team. More than a game. More than rugby.
Outside of the field, these wāhine carry so much. They are mothers, daughters, sisters, aunties, partners, leaders and carers within their whānau and communities.
For a few hours each week, we come together for something bigger than ourselves while showing the next generation what strength, resilience and sisterhood looks like.
We also want to acknowledge the people who hold it down at home, because without them, none of this would be possible.
We’re not a team with much in the bank, but somehow we always find a way. No matter the challenges, the setbacks or the roadblocks put in front of us, we persevere.
This is why we keep coming back.

A big season for woman’s rugby in the North. On behalf of our Players,Coaching & Management we would like to thank everyone that has helped our Wahine get here throughout our season. It never goes unnoticed we see the late nights the effort and the putea you put in for us to try make the big dance every year. It’s the support of our whanau & community that we work so hard for. And for that this final was for you 🤝

NORTHLAND WOMEN’S PREMIERSHIP FINAL
TE RARAWA WĀHINE VS KAIKOHE
After months of hard work, commitment, long nights and big miles, our wāhine have earned their place in the 2026 Northland Women’s Premiership Final.
Now, we have one final challenge and we couldn’t ask for a better place to do it than on our home ground, in front of our whānau and community.
Finals footy always delivers, and this promises to be a game you won’t want to miss
