Seems like yesterday this superstar walked through the doors! Dani Martin joined up already losing 16kgs but had hit a plateau and needed some guidance!

We sat down, assessed her eating, current activity level and what her sleep was like!

She was doing a lot of running and some online workouts which had worked for her but then stopped.

We calculated how much food she needed each day, dropped her running to 3 times a week and added 3 weights sessions a week, and upped her protein intake!

At first it was challenging but she found her groove and has kicked off the fat loss again, but more importantly, her strength has increased from lifting 2kg dumbbells to deadlifting 70kgs!

Her confidence is growing every week and she definitely isn’t the same woman that walked through these doors!!

We are so grateful and happy to be a small part of her journey and we will be there guiding, pushing and supporting her when she hits that next 20kg fat loss milestone!

We showed up, got some fresh air and had an awesome run with some awesome people!

You Really Don’t Need to Be Perfect.
One of the biggest misconceptions people have before starting at L.O.S.O. is that they need to get fitter before they join.

They think they need to lose some weight first.
Get their motivation back.
Start running or lifting.
Spend a few weeks in the gym on their own.

The truth?

That’s exactly what we’re here for.

Most people who walk through our doors aren’t at their fittest. They haven’t been training consistently for years. Some haven’t exercised in months. Others haven’t stepped foot in a gym for decades.

And that’s completely okay.

You don’t need to keep up with anyone.
You don’t need to lift heavier weights than anyone .
You don’t need to know what you’re doing.

You just need to START.

Every workout can be adjusted to suit where you’re at right now. Whether you’re returning from a long break, carrying a few injuries, or simply feeling nervous about your fitness level, our coaches will help you move at a pace that works for you.

NOBODY is judging you.

In fact, the people you’ll see crushing workouts today were often standing exactly where you are now… wondering if they were fit enough to join.

The hardest part is usually walking through the door for the first time.

After that, you’ll realise something pretty quickly:

L.O.S.O. isn’t full of fitness fanatics trying to be perfect.

It’s full of everyday people who decided to stop waiting for the “right time” and just started working on themselves.

9years! 9years of showing up!
When everything went smoothly.
When life got in the way.
Even when when she injured herself (outside of the gym 🙄)

Lizzy Klopper just kept showing up!

We are beyond proud of her and all her efforts.

Was it an easy road? No
Was there ups and downs? Yes, or course
Was it worth it? She’ll say “1million percent it is”

And she’ll show up again tomorrow to prove it!

Now we’ve set some new goals, revisited some old ones, and a new plan is in place to get this woman to the stage!

🔥 Bronwyn Everitt hit 💯 sessions this morning! 🔥

BEEP BEEP, you have a message!

In March this year I challenged Liv’s Journey to lose 50kgs by the end of this year!

Safe to say we’ll be there before 2027 rolls in!

If you ask her what the secret is, she’ll say “show up every day, and trust the process”

It hasn’t been easy though! She’s had lots of ups and downs, refining, measuring and checking in on her progress has been vital…

Kilos are coming down, but weights are going up!!
Another successful Testing Week completed with the LOSO fam!

We had a couple of ladies join the “100kg Club” on deadlifts, we had a couple of the boys hit over 160kgs, and all in all, EVERYONE beat their old PB’s
